About Balloon Masters

Hi!  I'm Rhiannon and I am the owner and designer of Balloon Masters.  I live in Oklahoma City with my husband and two littles and have been a part of this business my entire life. I graduated from Heritage Hall and then obtained my Bachelor of Arts from The University of Oklahoma (BOOMER!). I am a creative and have always loved experimenting with new ideas, craft products and designs - it makes my heart happy.  🙂

Balloon Masters was originally established in 1985 by my mama, Certified Balloon Artist Debey Covey. While our original company name was Balloons-N-Tunes (balloon bouquets and singing telegrams), she discovered that corporate event decorating was where all the artistic challenge and serious growth was for us. So, our name changed to something more descriptive of what we aspired to be and, "Balloon Masters" was born.

Even though I "grew up" in the balloon world, I attend professional trainings every year and  have won numerous awards for my balloon creations over the years.

Jennifer joined me in 2013 and is an Event Project Coordinator. She attends balloon conferences with me annually, where we enrich our skills by attending advanced educational classes.  She is an invaluable addition!

We specialize in corporate decor and our expertise is developing your theme by transforming an ordinary room into a magical place. Balloon Masters delivers and decorates in Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas.  We bring your event to life by filling it with creations that will WOW your guests and make them remember your event for years to come!
